Payment at time of services rendered is required. We accept all major credit cards, cash, check, PayPal, Venmo, and Care Credit.
A reduced call charge of $28/owner is offered by scheduling our veterinarians by geographic range on the dates listed below.
We will attempt to meet all requests, but we unfortunately cannot guarantee time frames. You will be notified of your appointment time 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Preventative health care services offered during these appointments include vaccine boosters, Coggins, dental care, sheath cleanings, annual exams, and lab work (e.g., ACTH, Insulin, Fecal Egg Counts).
Please have your horses clean with blankets and boots off for Coggins photos prior to your veterinarian’s arrival.
It is advisable to limit the number of vaccines given at one time to reduce the chances for vaccine reactions. When booking your appointment, we can help you determine how many appointments you will need.
The dates listed are intended for our clients who are not in boarding facilities. If you board your horse, please have your stable manager or barn owner coordinate with our office to arrange dates.
Each horse owner MUST confirm the appointment, the services requested and payment information with our office prior to the day of the appointment or the horse(s) will not be done.
Boarding stable owners and managers, please be prepared to provide us with a current list of your boarders. Having a sign-up sheet in the barn can help make the appointment more efficient for everyone. Please help us by reminding your boarders that they MUST confirm the appointment.
