  • To cancel a scheduled appointment, you must notify the office by 4pm the day before your appointment.

    If a cancellation occurs after 4pm the day before the appointment the appointment call charge will be applied to your account.

  • Oakencroft accepts CareCredit payments. CareCredit can be especially useful to have during times of emergency such as when illness or injury strikes a horse, and you are facing unexpected expenses.

    Oakencroft takes the security of your payment details very seriously. We only take credit card details in-person or over the phone and we do not store credit card information aside from the last four digit identifier.
