To cancel a scheduled appointment, you must notify the office by 4pm the day before your appointment.
If a cancellation occurs after 4pm the day before the appointment the appointment call charge will be applied to your account.

Oakencroft accepts CareCredit payments. CareCredit can be especially useful to have during times of emergency such as when illness or injury strikes a horse, and you are facing unexpected expenses.

Oakencroft takes the security of your payment details very seriously. We only take credit card details in-person or over the phone and we do not store credit card information aside from the last four digit identifier.
