The following shipping policy outlines the rules and guidelines related to our shipping practices.
General Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on Thursdays may not be processed until the first business day of the following week. Orders are not shipped, processed, or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will not receive a shipment confirmation email once your order. You will also not receive a shipping number or tracking number. Oakencroft Equine uses an unaffiliated third party to ship all products. If you would like a status update on your order please email our office at km@oakencroftequine.com
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Oakencroft Equine is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages: Oakencroft Equine is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact our support team directly within 30 days and save all packaging material and damaged goods. Review our return policy for more details.
International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the Contiguous United States.
Return Policy: Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. We will not be held responsible for any undelivered packages or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Order Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your request. However, please note that once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.
