Dr. Bree Kennedy, DVM

Dr. Bree Kennedy is originally from New Jersey where her enthusiasm for horses started young, riding in shows and hunter paces, instructing at camps, and working at a therapeutic riding program. She obtained both her undergraduate and veterinary degrees from Cornell University, after which she completed an internship at Rhinebeck Equine. During her internship Dr. Kennedy honed her skills while exploring her passions in equine medicine for reproduction, ophthalmology, neonatal, geriatric care and emergency medicine.

After completing her internship, Dr. Kennedy moved south where she was able to work with a diverse horse population, and continued to hone her skills as a general practitioner.
Her and her fiancé’s love of the outdoors, winter activities and desire to be closer to family brought them back to the North east with their pup and horse. Dr. Kennedy is excited to be back in New York where she, and her fiancé can enjoy ice fishing, hiking, and good New York pizza.
