Natalie Vining
Natalie Vining grew up in the Catskill Mountains and fell in love with horses at the age of six. She rode for pleasure up until she started her college career at Alfred State. She competed through the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association for three years and became captain of the Hunt Seat Team her Sophomore year. She transferred to The University at Albany to be closer to family and finish her degree while still showing in IHSA for her remaining two years.
Prior to joining Oakencroft, Natalie gained her equine knowledge from working at various stables across the state through conditioning horses, teaching lessons and maintaining horses' needs. She still resides on the mountaintop with her Great Dane, Gunnar, and enjoys taking him for adventures when she can. She also enjoys spending time with her nephews who have since started to follow in her footsteps. As a newer employee, Natalie enjoys getting to know our clients and advocating for quality horse care as her compassion for the equine industry grows.
