Preventative Medicine

Preventative Health Care Services Now Available for 2023

By grouping our clients by geographical region we are able to offer a reduced call charge of $27/owner for things like vaccines, coggins, dental care, sheath cleanings, and collection of fecals for parasite control.

Click the button below to view and download this year’s schedule, then call the office between 8am - 4pm to schedule your appointment and confirm the care you’d like to receive.

Before you call the office, please note:

  • We NEED you to confirm with the office – no work will be done without prior confirmation.

  • If you wish to schedule a visit to receive only vaccines choose from any of the dates listed.

  • If you wish to schedule a visit to receive dentistry, coggins, fecals, sheath cleaning, or other work choose from the RED dates only.

  • If you wish to schedule multiple visits you may choose multiple dates. It is advisable to limit the number of vaccines given at one time to reduce reactions.

You’ll pay at the time the service is provided and once scheduled you’ll be called 24-48hrs prior to your appointment with a timeframe for your visit. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee timeframes in advance.

For stables that have multiple horses and owners under their care:

  • It is easier for the stable owner/manager to make an appointment for the entire barn to be done on the same day so no one gets missed.

  • Having a sign-up sheet in the barn can make it a more efficient day for everyone involved.

  • When booking for members of your facility please provide our office with a current list of boarders at your facility
